1. Introduction & Award Objectives

eir business Chambers Ireland Awards, hosted by Ashville Media Group in partnership with Chambers Ireland, recognise and celebrate outstanding achievements in the Irish business sector. These awards highlight innovation, leadership, and success, providing a platform for growth and national recognition.

 2. Submission & Category Viability

  • Online Submission: All entries must be submitted via the official portal at chambersawards.ie and our Openwater Event Management interface (*.secure-platform.com). The submission consists of a written application and supporting material, all of which must be presented online.
  • Submission Title: All applicants must include a clear Title for their submission. This title will be used in the event brochure and in all subsequent material relating to it.
  • Category Reassignment: The organisers reserve the right to move an entry to a more appropriate category if it better serves the integrity of the award.
  • Category Viability: In the unlikely case that a category is not deemed to be viable, the organisers reserve the right to cancel the category without notice.

 3. Eligibility & Participation

  • Geographic Scope: This competition is open exclusively to businesses and organisations based in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Time Frame: Entries must reflect activities, projects, and practices conducted during 2024 and 2025.
  • Mandatory Attendance: Shortlisted finalists are required to be represented at the Gala Awards Ceremony. Failure to attend may result in the withdrawal of the entry or the award being granted to the next eligible runner-up present.

 4. Judging Process & Confidentiality

  • Timeline: Judging will take place in April-May 2026.
  • Process: We operate an online blind peer judging process. A minimum of two judges will evaluate each application. The top entrants in each category will then be judged to shortlist a winner.
  • Confidentiality: Judges are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement, mandating that all submissions and scoring remain strictly confidential. Judges must disclose and recuse themselves from any potential conflicts of interest.
  • Finality: The decision of the judges is final. Neither the judges nor the organisers will enter into correspondence regarding any results or methodology.

 5. Intellectual Property & Branding

  • Grant of License: Winners and finalists grant Ashville Media Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their business name and logo in connection with the promotion of the Awards.
  • Winner Logos: Winners are permitted to use the “eir business Chambers Ireland Awards Winner 2026” logo on their own marketing materials, provided the year and category are clearly stated.

 6. Liability & Force Majeure

  • Force Majeure: The organisers shall not be liable for any failure to perform their obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond their reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters or government restrictions).
  • Limitation of Liability: Ashville Media Group is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the awards.

 7. Privacy Policy & GDPR

  • GDPR Compliance: Ashville Media Group is committed to protecting personal data in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.

 8. Applicant Declarations & Consent

By submitting an entry, the Applicant agrees to the following:

  • Verification of Information: Any Applicant submitting an entry confirms that all information provided is true and accurate.
  • General Compliance: Any Applicant confirms that the submission complies with all stated terms and conditions.
  • Third-Party Consent: The Applicant confirms that any third-party nominees have been notified and have consented to this nomination and the data shared for the purpose of the entry and adjudication process.
  • Verification Rights: All Applicants acknowledge that all details of the application may be supplied to a third party (such as an auditor or verification partner) as part of the formal verification process.

9. Ticket Cancellation 

In the event of ticket cancellation, any refund is entirely at the Organisers’ discretion. Ticket Box Office here

Tickets refunds will only be entertained where advanced notice of a minimum of 7 days is given prior to the Event

This Privacy Policy applies to all Ashville Media Group Events websites and domains, including services offered through the Openwater booking service (*.secure-platform.com), and any other web pages, subdomains, or country-level domain variants that link or refer to this Privacy Policy.
